1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and phi9 ("phi9," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform available at phi9.net.

By accessing phi9.net, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the phi9 platform.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

2 Eligibility

To register and use phi9, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are accessing phi9 voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You have not been previously excluded or suspended from the phi9 platform.

phi9 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts that cannot verify eligibility may be suspended pending verification, and any pending balances may be withheld until the verification process is completed.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one phi9 account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed, with any balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to- up-to-date information. phi9 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. phi9 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact phi9 support immediately at [email protected].

phi9 uses OTP (one-time password) authentication and SSL encryption to protect account access. You must not attempt to circumvent or disable these security measures.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on phi9 are processed and held in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). phi9 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels:

• GCash — Philippine mobile e-wallet
• Maya — Philippine mobile e-wallet
• Philippine online banking and mobile banking
• Bank transfer to a designated Philippine bank account

Deposits must be funded from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

phi9 does not accept deposits made via credit cards or cryptocurrency. All transactions must be conducted through the Philippine payment channels listed above.

phi9 reserves the right to reverse or decline any deposit that cannot be verified, appears suspicious, or does not comply with these Terms. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the original payment source where possible.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on phi9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport. These rules are available within each respective section of the platform — including the Casino, Game Lobby, Fish Games, Sports, and Bet sections.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the phi9 platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. phi9 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or under circumstances where the integrity of the event is compromised.

• Minimum and maximum bet stakes are displayed within each game or market.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined by the platform's certified systems and, for sports betting, by the official results of the relevant sporting event.
• In the event of a disputed result, phi9's decision is final after internal review.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned will be voided and stakes returned to your ₱ balance.

phi9 covers sports markets including PBA, NBA, volleyball, boxing, esports, and football, among others. Market availability may change based on scheduling and event status.

6 Withdrawals and Payouts

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) to the payment account registered on your phi9 profile. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment source in your own name — the same name used during your phi9 account registration.

phi9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly where identity verification has not yet been completed or where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of account identity and payment source ownership.
• Processing times vary by payment channel and are subject to the operating hours of Philippine banking and e-wallet providers.
• phi9 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

phi9 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that differ from those used for deposits without additional verification. This policy is in place to protect players against unauthorised withdrawal attempts.

7 Promotions and Bonuses

phi9 may offer promotions, bonuses, and other incentive programs to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made available.

General principles that apply to all phi9 promotions include:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered players only, subject to the conditions of the specific offer.
• phi9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in disqualification and account action.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phi9 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one phi9 account for any purpose
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet
• Attempting to exploit software errors, vulnerabilities, or technical faults
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering)
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you
• Accessing phi9 on behalf of another person without explicit authorisation
• Attempting to reverse transactions through your payment provider in bad faith (chargebacks)

phi9 actively monitors platform activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Players found in violation will have their accounts closed and remaining balances withheld pending investigation.

9 Responsible Gaming

phi9 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment, and phi9 encourages all players to approach gaming with a clear budget and defined time limits.

• phi9 is strictly for players aged 21 and above.
• Never use funds allocated for essential expenses — rent, food, utilities — for gaming or betting.
• Set a personal ₱ deposit limit before each session and stick to it.
• Take regular breaks and avoid extended uninterrupted sessions.
• phi9 does not guarantee winnings and will never suggest that betting is a reliable source of income.

10 Privacy and Data

phi9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the phi9 Privacy Policy. By registering on phi9, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in that policy.

phi9 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and other service partners strictly for the purpose of operating the phi9 platform.

phi9 retains account and transaction records in compliance with applicable data retention obligations. You may request a copy of your personal data or ask phi9 to delete your data by contacting [email protected], subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

phi9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Suspicious activity or suspected fraud
• Chargeback requests initiated by the player against phi9
• Voluntary closure requested by the player

Upon account closure, any remaining ₱ balance will be reviewed. Where phi9 determines that the balance represents legitimately deposited and wagered funds with no outstanding violations, a withdrawal to the registered payment account will be processed. Balances associated with suspected prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phi9 at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Limitation of Liability

phi9 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, phi9 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from technical errors at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phi9 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings arising from platform downtime or technical faults
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of phi9
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security

Nothing in these Terms limits phi9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Changes to These Terms

phi9 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the phi9 platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player, phi9 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through on-platform notices or via the email address associated with their account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should stop using the phi9 platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
